Should I make my ressies for dinner...

Before we arrive? We have been to IOA/Us last year for the first time and had lunch at a character meal. Which was tons of fun and we made them as we arrived at the park. Is this the usual for all of the resturants?
how is Jimmy Buffett's margaritaville? I am a big fan of his! But I don't want hamburgers.

Margaritaville is delicious! Loved the food there and I didnt want burgers either. They have a terrific menu.

I am going to try conch soup or appetizers and crab cakes. We don't have either here and I read about them and have always wanted to try them. This will be a vacation of discovery!
