I agree with the golden arches. Since the aquarium is causing you so much worry, and I understand that you don't want to be mean about it since it is a small place and is just working out its policies, but to save yourself further worry, move the party elsewhere.

I was crazy busy at work today and didn't get to call the aquarium - will try tomorrow. Later tonight when the kiddos are asleep I will call 2 of the moms invited that I know best and see what they think (I need to talk to them both about something else anyway).
