Should I make my ADRs with Concierge or normal dining?

It appears that lots of people are having problems getting the adrs they want for August. I am going concierge this year at AKL and dont know really how it works. I wondered if I rang them whether I stand a better chance of getting what I want to book?

Can I ring them to make my adrs? I can make my adrs on Monday next week

Email them now! then they'll book them for you first thing monday for you. No waiting on hold or long phone calls needed at all

People seem to regard AKLs planning service as the best and you'll probably speak to a guy called Don at some point who is great.

I agree with using concierge. We used them when we stayed at the GF and they got us bookings that were completely unavailable.

Concierge have contacted me and will make the adrs for me on Monday and will then call me back in the UK as they need my credit card details for the safari reservation.

I will let you know if I get all the adrs that I want

call you back? thats a nice little improvement - last year I had to call them (which was still ok as I got straight through and no waiting on hold).

If the AKL IPO is anything like the BWI and GF IPOs they'll come up trumps for you.

I always give the IPO my ADR/tour/other requests and they've always got me everything I've asked for including Wishes/Illuminations cruises. They can also do other things for you such as buying food/drink items and have them in your room on arrival, gifts, etc.

Just got back from a split stay BWV and AKL concierge, had made ADR's over the phone but were told some were fully booked. These were for my first week at the BWV but I dropped Don a line at the AKL and he came up trumps and got me the ADR's I wanted at the times I wanted so getting in at the 90 days you should have no problems.Have a great trip.
