Should I make lunch ressies? Am I over/under planning?

So we leave in 16 days, and I have managed to get all our dinner ressies and two breakfasts in the past two weeks. What I am wondering is if I am crazy to have made no lunch ADR's? I was planning on just doing counter service but now am wondering if that was smart or if I should make some lunch reservations. We are doing 5 park days, with one being a MNSSHP night.

arrival night: Chef Mickeys Dinner
Day 1: pre-park opening Crystal Palace bfast, (Mk & AK?)805pm narccoosses
Day 2: SeaWorld day Jiko Dinner
Day 3: (MK/Epcot) 5:15 Spirit of Aloha show, wishes cruise
Day 4: 920a CRT, (Mk/AK?) Dessert Party at night
Day 5: MNSSHP 530p Crystal Palace
Day 6: DTD Day, cirque, fultons
Day 7: (MK/HS?) 735p Cali Grill

So, as you can see... I have no lunches. This is my first trip I have ever planned myself, and I have no idea if I am over or under planning. It is our late honeymoon, so I don't want to be too tied down, but I don't want to be eating corndogs every day either. I need some seasoned Dis-er advice and direction! I'm so lost. :worship:

*We do have a car, & are staying offsite, if that makes a difference. (I dream of AKL but just couldn't come even close to swinging it.)

Honestly it's up to you...It was important to my BF and I to have some flexibility but still have the reservations that we wanted.
I got all of our ressies that we wanted (except that darn BOG), with no lunch ressies either.
I don't think you'll be eating corn dogs every day :rotfl2:
Have fun!

I think you have the right idea about doing counter service for lunch. I've done a couple of trips where I reserved every lunch, and it can be a pain to drop everything in the middle of the day to run to ADRs. I'll never do it again.

Plus, I like to eat, but even so, three full meals at Disney gets to be a bit much. Toward the end of the trip I don't even want to see food.
