The passes 3 weeks ahead of time to set up FP+ or just use the kiosk or MDE app when I am down there? Is there really a difference? I just found out that MDE links to guests off property for FP+ as of Monday.

Yes! Buy them now online using the "Will Call" option and you can link the Confirmation Number to MDE and begin selecting your Fp+. You do not want to wait until you are there!!
