Should I have heard from the concierge by now? CR 12th floor

Hi guys-
We are staying at the CR Tower Club- 12th floor October 4-11. We check in 81 days (not that I'm counting!) and I haven't heard from the concierge re: PS's and special requests. Am I simply being impatient or should I have gotten a call or something in the mail already?

Your not impatient at all. We are staying at the BC conceirge on Nov 9th-16th and I've had contact with my planners since June 3rd over 150 days out. Matter of fact I just faxed in all my PS and activities today. I'd suggest you give them a call maybe someone dropped the ball. Good Luck and have a wonderful trip.

I tend to call the concierge early myself ~ however, as I didn't need too much for the AKL portion of my trip I never bothered and they called me at 60 days out.

I was under the impression the 12th floor at CR was more of a concierge "light" ~ maybe it's best you get a hold of them now instead of waiting.

I'm staying in WL beginning 10/17 and I just got a questionnaire from Concierge this past weekend. I've read WL is one of the slowest, so I was surprised. Have to admit it was kind of exciting because it just makes it seem that much closer!!!

We got a planner in the mail 2 weeks before we left. That was the only preplanning we got from them.

Wow, what a wide range of times . . . 14-150 days!

I went ahead and called 407-WDISNEY last night and asked. The CM told me that they would contact me 30-90 days in advance of check in, but offered to have them call me now. I got a call from Patricia at the Itinerary Planning office about an hour later. I was gone, but she left a message with their phone and fax numbers and told me to fax in my requests. I'm glad I didn't wait to call, but it would have been nice not to have to call at all. So, I'm putting together my list.

I faxed my requests in to my planner yesterday (I'm 117 day out staying at BC). This morning I received a lovely e-mail with all my PS, tour activies etc.. Now I really excited. I'm definitely hooked on this conceirge and would highly recommend BC/YC conceirge services they're wonderful!!

I'm glad you where able to contact your planner and just planning your PS makes the trip seem so much closer. Enjoy and have a great trip.

Can you please post or PM me the fax or ph#. I am in the same boat, arriving on Oct. 15 CR 12th floor, and still no word from them. It may be easier to just fax them myself or call.

Hi Barb-
The person who called me was Patricia. She said they could be reached at 407-824-1775, but she said that number generally goes to voicemail. She said they prefer to receive fax requests at 407-824-3461. So, I'm about to send my fax. Good luck!
