3 months is really young for a theme park. The child won't be sleeping through the night, and the parents will probably move way slower than before. Try to get some sort of larger accomodation so the baby and parents can have their own rooms. I can recommend some larger apartments, or you can check Airbnb and get a whole rental house for a similar price to Disney hotel rooms.
