I'm planning a trip to WDW/US/IOA/Seaworld for June 2- June 11.
Three of those days will be spent at US,IOA, Seaworld. I'm also doing one day for Blizzard Beach and then the rest of the days in the park. I've calculated that I'll be spending about $1,200 for two adults two kids for dining-cash. The dining plan would be $830 and I think that would include all 9 days or is it 8? But, then I'd still need to pay out of pocket for the food we eat at us/ioa/seaworld. I'm not sure what I should do?

I would do a split reservation. Make one for the days you will be at US/IOA (without dining), then another for the days you will be at WDW..with the dining plan. You will have to go to the front desk and check out/in on the day of the switch, but they probably will not make you change rooms. Of course, I would probably stay onsite for the US/IOA part os the trip (we loved the Hard Rock Hotel. FOTL is wonderful!!). The dining plan is great, and you will get to eat wherever you like w/o worrying about $$'s.... I would definatley get the dining plan for at least part of the trip!

I am staying at Pop Century for 15 days with the disney dining plan. I am planning on 1 day at sea world and 1 day for Busch gardens with a 1 day shopping trip. I am planning on using these three ts for Narcoossee's, Yauhtsman and Calfornia Grill.

I guess it would depend on whether or not you think you'll be at the other parks (US, IOA, Seaworld) for both lunch and dinner. If you were going to be back at WDW for dinner, you could use a CS for breakfast at your resort before you leave for the day, then a TS for a late dinner after you come back. Alternately, you could save some credits from those days for signature restaurants later in the trip.

I would be eating off of Disney property on the 3 days.

Sat- eat off of dis property

Sun- eat off of dis property

Mon- Akl day, eating at Boma's

Tues- eat off of dis property

Wed- blizzard beach eat somewhere on dis property

Thurs- epcot akershus & restaurant marrakesh

Fri- Magic kingdom dinner at magic kingdom and maybe pecos bills

Sat- Mgm studios sci fi dine in and brown derby

Sun- chef mickey's & Going home

I think I would get a split reservation, the 2nd - 4th without the dining plan, then the 4th - 11th with the dining plan. You'll have extra credits from Tuesday, but you can use the extra TS for your Chef Mickey's breakfast the last day, and the extra counter service to pay for breakfast one other day.

If it was me I'd split my stay between UO and Disney. Stay onsite at UO. FOTL is awesome. We went for the first time to UO last July and never waited more than 10 mins for any ride because of staying onsite. A suggestion might be to get UO AP for yourself. It comes with great discounts. 20% off merchandise, 15% off food in the parks (excluding carts), and 10% off at CityWalk's restaurants. Plus you can save on the other tickets that your family will need, though I'd probably buy the Powerpass $120 (at AAA you can usually get it for 15 months) for the other family members. Also with UO AP they offer great hotel discounts sometimes 33% off(paid $150 for RPR in July and $130 for Hard Rock in December). When we went last July the first ride we went to was Shrek. For standby it was a 80 min wait. We walked right on with the "Front-of-the-line" pass.

If you choose to stay with Disney for all the nights, I'd go ahead and get DDP for all the nights, you could do HDDR with the extra TS credits and maybe CRT. In the morning before heading to UO or SW get breakfast at your hotel. Plus if anyone is hungry when you get back to your hotel you could split something and let the kids have the dessert. Thats what I liked about staying at All-Stars when we used the Dining Plan. We'd save dessert til the food settled or just let the kids have it later.
