Should I get Mickey mail??

Of all the questions! Seriously, most people come to me about their Disney questions, I know more than I care to admit, but here I am baffled about this simple thing!

We stayed onsite with friends our first trip, so I didn't get Mickey mail and then our 2nd trip we stayed offsite...not sure if I will get anything? We are 23 days out, BUT, we are not flying. We're staying onsite with a package/FD though, so I wasn't sure if we would get anything since I thought maybe Mickeymail was just for people flying??

If you're staying onsite you should get Mickey Mail. There's actually two mailed items, one for ME and one for your resort stay. You obviously won't get ME if you don't fly, but you should get the resort one definitely. We got ours about 3 weeks out.

Actually, ME documents and package documents will now be sent in one envelope starting 2012.

Got my ME documents via UPS just before Xmas but am still waiting for the resort documents, I am assuming they should come this week or next since we are 3 weeks out. Should I call Disney to confirm?

We are 19 days out and have received the ME package but no resort package yet. Weird, cause it's usually the resort one that comes well before the ME one for us! I'm going to give them till Monday and then call.

Well I notice we are both from Ontario, must be a Canadian issue.

I called on the weekend in regards to my non ME documents and they said because I am an international vacationer that they do not send the resort documents other than via e-mail and I will get everything else at check in.

So if you are traveling from the USA then I would call them to confirm they are sending them to you.
