Should I expect to pay full asking price for small or loaded contracts?

I've been watching prices for over a year now. DVC is HOT! And many contracts sell very quickly and they are selling for about $10 pp more than last October. Take into account that most of the contracts that I am seeing are at least stripped of the current year points... I would say that a small contract or a loaded contract will command a premium price. I had been thinking of adding on to make sure that I have enough points for an upcoming Hawaii vacation and have decided to wait out the current hysteria.
