Should I even use FP at Epcot now?

With Soarin down, I'd be shocked to find TT a walk-on, even during what has traditionally been a slow week.

I agree. I think Soarin' being down will cause longer lines in everything including the normally walk on rides.

I would hit TT at RD and save your 3 FP's for when you head to MK later in the day.....just my thought.

I had these same thoughts a few days ago when booking my Epcot day. I think I am going to hang onto my Epcot FP+ choices. We are eating the pre-park opening Chip N Dale breakfast so will be there pretty early. I have a party of anti-test-track non-thrill seekers and a toddler so our tier 1 is Living with the Land (I know!) Then we have Turtle Talk and Spaceship Earth.
So my strategy after reading the above is if there is minimal lines we will keep switching the FP+ to later things...and if there is no need to use them we will just switch all three FP+ for Hollywood Studios to do some shows after or right before dinner. It's our most "whatever" free day since all our holy-grail FP's are booked for the other days. I think we will only ride Seas w Nemo, Imagination, Mexico boat ride and the ones I listed above.
And if the lines are bad at Epcot then I'll be glad we had them.

Mostly I LOVE shopping the World showcase so if I can minimize wait time at Future World in the morning I can get to my happy places with my gift cards.
