Should I even pack shorts?

I just checked the long range forecast (accuweather.com) for 2/8-2/15 and although it looks like we won't see a DROP of rain it looks like the temps aren't going to even reach 70!

Should we pack shorts? Does the temp vary greatly?

I guess its better than the 20-40 degrees we have here in New England

Looks like Accuweather changed their forecast. A little bit warmer.
Got both shorts and pants packed!!!

I'd pack some shorts ... you never know.
