Should I call WDW back or ME directly?

We already have a package booked - with ME added, but no flight info yet. I just added a new reservation for an extra night at the beginning of our stay, at a different resort (therefore a second reservation number). The whole thing was a bit confusing for the poor CM (he was very good natured about it though ) With our inititial reservation there are 5 in our room, staying at a deluxe with our reservation linked with my sister & her DH. The new reservation is at a value, so we had to divide up our family with four of us under the new reservation and one of our kids in a room with my sister & her DH (also a new reservation for them). When it came time to do the ME part - adding it to our new reservation & entering the flight info - I mysteriously got disconnected! :rotfl: While slightly annoying I find it kind of funny - I totally think the poor guy "disconnected" me on purpose.:rotfl: I'd really like to add our flight info, then I'm all done with all the hotel reservation stuff. So ....

Do I call WDW back and hope for a CM that can/will help me or
can I call ME directly? I know people call them to get extra luggage tags etc., but I don't know if you can call them to set up your ME transportation (or if that has to be done through CRO). Does anyone know?

A third option is to add our flight info online (I didn't realize this was an option until tonight!). The only problem is you have to have complete flight info. ie. I can't just put in our arriving flight for our first night (new reservation number) and then just our departing flight info for our existing reservation (the balance of our stay). I thought of putting in all of our flight info for both reservations, but then ME will be showing up at the Pop on Dec. 5 and we won't be there ! (we'll be getting picked up by a different ME bus at our second resort)

Of course now I've probably confused all of you! :lmao:

I had to call ME directly once, when somehow my ME reservation disappeared and we were within a week of our arrival date. CRO instructed us to call them directly. I don't know which you should do, but I imagine either would be okay. The last time I changed flight information through CRO I ended up with 2 arrival times and 3 depature times and I only asked them to change the arrival date one time. :rotfl2: Good luck.

Ya, no kidding. :rolleyes2 I had been warned by someone else that this would be a challenge for some CM's. I don't get it. People do split stays all of the time. They should be used to it. I suspect WDW has a fairly sophisticated reservation system, but unfortunatley most of the CM's don't know how to "work" the system well.
