Disneyland Annual Passport Holder Discounts
Disneyland Annual Passport holders get meal discounts at Disneyland Resort. Most restaurant discounts are subject to a $10 minimum purchase. None are valid on alcoholic beverages. Unless otherwise specified, discounts apply to the Passholder and the Passholder's dining party.
Disneyland Annual Passport holders qualify for the following discounts and deals at Downtown Disney restaurants:
Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar - Receive one complimentary appetizer at lunch or dinner for each two Passholders with purchase of two entrees, every day except on holidays or during special events
Compass Books & Cafe - 10% off food, every day

Haagen-Dazs - 20% off food, Mon - Thur
House of Blues - 20% off food before 5:00 pm every day; 10% off Gospel Brunch ticket (one per Annual Passholder, not valid on holidays or during special events)
Jamba Juice - 10% off
La Brea Bakery Cafe - 10% off food, every day
Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria - Receive one complimentary appetizer at lunch or dinner for each two Passholders with purchase of two entrees, every day except on holidays or during special events
Rainforest Cafe - 10% off breakfast and lunch, every day
Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen - 10% off food, every day (max $40 discount, requires advance reservations to get discount)

Some premium Annual Passholders report getting a 10% discount at Napa Rose at Grand Californian Hotel, though this is not listed in the official guides published by Disney. If you are a Premium Annual Passport holder, it is certainly worth asking the Cast Members at Napa Rose if they'll give you a discount!
