Should I bring 1-1yr old and 2-2yr olds to HDDR? Or babysitter?

Hi,

We are bringing our babysitter with us to DW and I was wondering if those of you who have been to HDDR could tell me if we should bring the little ones or leave them at the hotel with the babysitter.

The adults going would be me, dh, sil, bil .

It really is not a money issue if we bring the kids because we would only have to pay for the babysitter? But with three toddlers running around I'm wondering if they would watch the show, or have more fun after a long day in the hotel. I would hate to ruin our neighbors dinner after all the money they will pay for it, but if the kids will watch the show and have fun, maybe we should bring them?

What would you do?

BTW- We do have a few adult only dinners planned. CG, Nar, and some others. We will do the Aloah Dinner together all together.

What do you think?

How old are the little ones? It is a family show and there will be children there but it is not a "character" show. No Mickey, Minnie, Pooh. My GS (19 months) will be going with us. We don't have anyone who will stay in the room with him. lol He is usually pretty quiet if you have something for him to put in his mouth! I am however prepared, if needed, to take him out for a walk but I really don't think it will be necessary.

Edited to add:
Sorry, Duhhh just noticed you do say they are 1 and 2! Well, my earlier statement applies as my GS is about the same age.

My opinion would be to leave them with a babysitter and enjoy your adult night out!

You never know how they will react to loud music, sudden loud noises, drums and clashing cymbels, clapping, etc. You and your neighboring tables will probably appreciate the show more!

I know when I was last there I felt very sorry for the table next to us--4 kids from about 1-6. No help from the father. Mom saw little of the show with seeing to the two little ones.

Have a fun night!

Sharon
