Should I book now for August trip??

Delta's prices are crazy right now. Fortunately I grabbed the tickets for our May trip when they were $187, round trip, non-stop.

I have to book the tickets for our August Disney cruise trip now though and the prices are too high; starting at about $350+. So, I checked other airlines and I see that American Airlines has decent times, round trip, non-stop for $227 per person.

Should I grab these NOW, or wait a little to see if Delta comes down, or if AA comes down?? Please advise. Thanks!

I booked my air for August when Spirit had a special for $193 which is high, last year I paid $147. My friend who is traveling with us decided to wait and see if the air came down and she just paid $262 for the same flight as us.

My thought is go ahead and book, if the air comes down call in and get credit for a future flight. Or maybe sign up for ding with Southwest if that airline is in your area.

I know all airfare right now is high. I am waiting for flights for November and Spirit is listing them at $418. It is scary hopefully something will come along.

I will probably book the airfare soon. But I just checked American Airlines again, and rate has gone up to $247, just in the last couple of hours! LOL Unbelievable! LOL I'll wait and see what it is tomorrow.

Have you tried Jet Blue? I just booked for end of August - $99 each way. With all the taxes, total comes to $868 for 4 tickets. I'm very happy to have the tickets at that rate. Good Luck!
