Should I be worried?

I have been checking the ADRs I made online yesterday, and the only one that can not be pulled up by any method, i.e. confirmation number or last name, etc, is the one I made for the Candlelight Processional. However, when I call in, they do show it as an active number. Should I be concerned about this?

I had the same question. I called WDW dining to confirm my CP package when I couldn't pull it up online and she said that, for some reason, those specific reservations are not retrievable online and that they are "working on it." So, no, it's not unusual at all. I guess other phone reservations can be pulled up on line. CP was the only one I did on the phone, so I can't speak to that directly, but others have said they pull up phone reservations online - just not CP.

I am able to pull my Fantastmic and NYE reservation up online, both of which were made via the phone, so what that CM told you makes sense and is probably right, that CP ADRs are separate from the main system for right now
