Should I be worried

I am waiting of ROFR and it has been over two weeks. The contract was for 250 points at SSR with 250 being banked from 2007. I offered $84/point with the seller paying closing costs. After reading many posts on this board, I am worried it won't pass ROFR. When should I start calling my agent?

On the ROFR thread, looks like anything above $83 per point is passing. Here's a little pixie dust and an early WELCOME home (whether it be this property or the next)!!! I'm thinking it will be this one, though!!!
