I called CM this morning to request another confirmation letter be sent since my last payment just posted. She said that they are automatically sent. I told her that last time I sent a payment that I did not receive one and called and CM I talked to that time said for some reason it was not sent. So, I was just calling to request it. The CM was VERY RUDE!! She kept insisting that it is automatic and I KNEW I should have hung up and called back...I just asked if she could put in a request to make sure it was sent. She says she has done it and that we are all through...bye bye...I think she heard a gasp and I said thank you...kinda in a questioning manner...and she says again, you're taken care of...BYE BYE>>>and hangs up.
There was no...is there anything else I can help you with....no have a nice day...nothing! I'm sorry..I realize that they are probably bombarded with calls all day...but MINE was a simple call. I'm thinking about calling back. Sorry if she's having a bad day....but her job is to answer the phone and represent Disney.
