somebody keeps hacking into my best friends aim screennames and today they came on. i asked who it was and they said it was christine(mah friends name who has that screename) i said ok.......because i knew this wasnt my friend...so i called up my friend and asked if they were on the computer and they said no.so i asked the person on the aim what my name was and they said sonya.....im a little creeped out already.. ....they said they knew wat i looked like too because they saw me switching classes......i dont even know this person at all...
should i be scared or should i just shake this off??? has anybody had this happen to them before?

This happened to me before but I was scared but when you find out who the person id your not so you shouldn't be

Does anyone have your friend's password? It could be a person you know playing a joke on you and your friend.

I'd suggest to your friend to switch passwords. Who knows what more they are doing with her screen name than just Instant Messaging with it.

It's very easy for others to find out your name. There's programs out there others can download to get the simplest things off your computer. Your messengers, passwords to it, and your name -if you sign up with any internet site with your name they can get it- Except secure shopping web sites. Say you sign up for a Hotmail e-mail account, what ever name you use you can get spam that will say "This offer is for you (then the name you used)" and hackers can get into that and take your name there. Or if you named your computer after your first or whole name. Hackers can do many things that's why I scan my computer once a day. I know two people who had to throw away their computers because the hacker got so far into their computers that when they reimaged their computers the hacker could still get into their computer. I think this computer might still have a hacker and some type of virus even though I reimaged.

she changed her passwords though and they still got it......but we are pretty much sure who the kid is because the person we suspect has had a habit of hacking into computers........he did it to a bunch of our friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
