Should I be able to customize our Magic Bands now?

We are going to WDW in July - we used to live in Florida and were AP holders, this is the first time we are heading to WDW as non-AP holders since we moved. The last time we went to WDW as soon as I made our reservations I was able to customize our Magic Bands. My reservation IS linked to my account but there is no link to customize our bands like there was in the past. When I go to the FAQ about Magic Bands and I click on the link there, it just takes me to a screen with a list of all of our past Magic Bands - there are a bunch since we used to go all the time.

Are we not getting Magic Bands because we have so many old ones or something? I was hoping that we would get the 2.0 version - all of our old Magic Bands are the old version.

I think the system is doing funny things. I have an October reservation and it has been made since October 2016. I couldn't see or customize bands (the reservation is there) until 2 days ago.

I wasn't worried about it and thought it might because I had 4 rooms showing up asking to be customized (heading in Feb and doing split then March for a conference and split stay).

You definitely should be able to. Under "My Account", click on ""MagicBands and Cards". At the top, it should say "MagicBand Order" under "Your Orders" with your resort confirmation info and the "Customize By" date.

How odd - I have clicked on "MagicBands and Cards" but when it takes me to the next page there isn't anything that says "Your Orders", just a list of our old Magic Bands. No other options to click on.
