should I add another reservation

We are going to disney Oct 23-29 and staying at Saratoga. We aren't doing the dining plan and haven't chosen a lot of restaraunts to eat at. Should I add another or am I good??

Saturday T-Rex lunch
Sunday-House of Blues dinner
Monday-nothing
Tuesday Rainforest Cafe dinner
Wednesday-nothing
Thursday 50's Prime lunch
Friday-nothing we leave hotel at 2pm.

On the days we don't have reservations I was thinking we would just eat at Earl of Sandwich and Wolf Gang Puck Express.

If find the days with no reservations are rather liberating. Then the ADR days between are also something to look forward to you don't feel like your whole trip revolves around your reservation times.

Is there a particular restaurant you would love to try? If so, by all means, add it on. If you are just thinking of plugging a gap with another TS, I personally wouldn't.

Thank you. That is exactly what I've been thinking but wasn't sure if I am absolutely crazy to think that way

If you have a car there are many places nearby that you could go to. We love Chevy's at the Crossroad's, Miller's Ale House and if you want to drive 10-15 minutes to restaurant row there are many excellent places to choose from.
