Should I Add Another Breakfast to My Intinerary?

On my next trip I have the deluxe DDP. I've made up an intinerary even though I can't make my ADRs until March. I've planned out two TS meals every day, but there is one day that I'm not going to go to a park, (eleven day trip, and I only have a ten-day hopper.) So I was thinking that maybe I should eat three TS meals that day? My plans for that day right now include lunch at Wolfgang Puck Cafe and dinner at Raglan Road, but I was considering adding a breakfast to my plan.

I'm thinking about Boma, but are there any other restaurants I should consider? I already am planning on eating at Ohana on my departure day, so don't suggest that please. Remember, it must be a resort restaurant.

We enjoyed breakfast at Cape May Cafe - at the Beach Club. Service was great and the food was good. It's a character breakfast, so my ds really enjoyed that.

I keep hearing about how great Cape May Cafe is, so it's probably worth considering! Also, Kona, Chef Mickey's, and Boma are all places to think about!

On my list of maybes I have Boma, Chef Mickey's, Kona, and Boatwright's. I looked at the menu for Cape May Cafe, but nothing on it really stands out to me.

Is Boma's breakfast very similar to the one at Tusker House? If so I probably won't make a breakfast ADR for Boma since I'm already planning on eating at Tusker House. Or should I not make an ADR for Tusker House, and eat at Boma for breakfast instead? (This would be on a park day.)

I really like the sounds of Kona's breakfast menu, especially the macadamia nut and pineapple pancakes, though I am already planning on eating dinner at Kona at some point in the trip.

Boatwright's sounds good, and I know I'd get the sweet potato pancakes if I went, and that would be convienant travel wise since I am planning on spending the rest of the day at Downtown Disney.

Chef Mickey's I have on my list because I did enjoy dinner there, and the menu seems slightly intriging, but it doesn't seem as good as Boma's, Kona's, or Boatwright's menus.

Also, on my park days I am planning breakfasts at Tusker House, Akershus, CRT, and CP, as well as breakfast at Ohana on my last morning.

Or has anyone ever had breakfast at either Olivia's Cafe or Yacht Club Galley, both of those menus sound good.

We ate at YC Galley in Oct, first time for us and we were not impressed. We ordered off the menu, french toast was limp and wet, the potatoes tasted burned although they were not. The eggs benny was very good and the bacon that DH ordered was nice and crisp. I would not hurry back here.

We LOVE Cape May, the best breakfast buffet on site. Never had a bad meal (breakfast) there yet and we have gone many times!
