Should ADR'S Change?

I'm planning my first trip and right now I am a month away from 180 days. I don't even know if they'll have the park hours posted by then, so it's hard to determine what days I want to make the ADRS for!?! It would be nice if they were like 60 days out then you could plan which park based on park hours, EMH and fast passes.

Park hours should be posted by then, but it is almost guaranteed that they will change. (Either by opening earlier or closing later some days)

I am having a hard time figuring out what to book for our October trip. We will be there during Food & Wine, so I may only book 2 dinners and a breakfast.

We have an Oct. trip booked too! Oft. 15th for 6 nights. We are doing the same..only a couple of adrs because of food and wine.
