WWYD?
The QSFD package is paid for. The flight is paid for. Arrive on a Friday evening and leave the next Friday evening. That gives us 7 full days at the park.

Our last day is a fluff day. We usually like to end our vacations at MK for the nostalgia, I guess. This would be our third full day of MK... If I shorten the end of the vacation by one day, I would save roughly $200+ on the package and $104 on the flight. (Flying Southwest thus, I would get a credit not cash back)

My hubby said it was up to me.

Not to answer publicly but I would base my decision on the answers to these questions:
How badly do you need the $200 you would save on the package?
Do you have future travel plans that will take advantage of the SW credit?

Who doesn't need an extra $200 before Christmas?

Regarding the SW credit, I also received a $54 credit this week. I'll HAVE to have future travel plans.;) Maybe another trip next year...:rotfl2:

Are you less than forty five daysaway from your trip? B/c if you are, then there will be a fifty dollar change fee involved with your disney package. Disney waives this fee if your change results in a bigger bill but when you reduce your costs they enforce the rule.

AHHH, I total forgot about that!! I'm 30 days away..

I say keep the vacation the way it is. I LOVE Fluff days at Disney. Sleep in a bit, make an ADR for breakfast at a place you have never tried, then head to Downtown Disney to stroll, or visit a resort you might be interested in staying at, then go to MK to call it a day.

Of course for me, I never want to leave.....much less a day early.

Leave it. If the flight difference was a refund not a credit and Disney didn't impose a fee, I might consider it. I'd hate to be on the plane home wishing I had that extra day.

I would leave it as is. When your there you will be glad you have that extra day. :goodvibes

If it were me I would leave it as is. We have to fly too, so I like to get the most bang for my buck for the flights. If you could get a refund instead of credit, maybe.

Just think if someone asked if you could do a day at Disney for 200 for your whole family would you take it? I know I would.

And be aware that it is only $5.33 (including tax) to add an extra day to each ticket.

I'm with most everyone else...stay and enjoy that last day. :yay: We never know what the future holds. Make each day special. Enjoy!:dance3:

Thanks for the responseS. I've made the decision to leave it as is. Woo hoo!! I think if we would get a refund from SW, that would have helped sway the decision. But, we aren't so......one more day in MK it is.
