My daughter and I love the Brown Derby. It's 2 Table service credits. Will they take one credit and let us pay out of pocket for the balance? I really don't want to cancel our other reservations. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Now, they won't do that. You could probably have one of you pay with 2 DDP credits and the other pay OOP, but what's the difference if you pay that meal OOP or one of your other ones?

You're right. I tend to complicate things. Our first several nights are at the Swan before we switch to BWV. I'll just switch one of those ADRs. Thanks so much for your help

If your daughter and you are both over the age of 10, then you can use the two (adult) credits for one of you, and pay OOP for the other.

We also ate at HBD last Sept. and I realized that since it is a 2 TS, the value per credit is pretty low. Many others were more, with our highest being Kona Cafe (1 TS) and Narcoossee's and Calif. Grill (2 TS). This trip, if we eat at HBD, we've already discussed paying OOP for the meal. Or maybe just using credits for one of us and OOP for the other adult and kid. (We are a party of 3-me, my DM, and DD7). The main reason we go there is my DM loves the Cobb Salad! But it really isn't the best use of credits-so, if you are going to pay OOP anyway, for a meal, I would choose HBD. (That's what we'll do)

(FYI-I checked on my Dining TR and our value per credit for HBD was $24, Kona was $36 and $47-ate there twice, Narcoossee's $45, and GC was $43)

Hope this helps

We are also eating at HWBD this trip- I figured we would try it with the Fantasmic Package, pay OOP, and then eat at California Grill with the leftover credits.

That's what DM and I are planning on doing at Flying Fish.
