There are a lot of threads about being oversized at DW. My problem is I'm only 5' tall. Everything hits me right in the stomach. Is anyone else out there short and a size 22, 250lbs? Tips, please! What should I skip?

We are a similar size. Though I’m a little taller, my sister is 5ft and we haven’t had any issues at WDW parks. It’s tougher over at universal. For FOP in animal kingdom I made it on but I think my leggings helped me slide down further, I don’t think I would have made it if I wore jeans or regular shorts. 7DMT is a little tight cuz of the lower handle bar but nothing bad. At Dinosaur in AK my hips hurt from the sides of the seat but again the fit was no problem. Try to tippy toe going on the rides if the passage way is too narrow for you, and sit up straight when you lower the handle bar.

I'm 5'3" and an 18/20 and FOP was very tight. I have a short waist so everything is chest/stomach
height for me too.

I am not short, but I am a pudge bucket. I don't think there is anything you need to skip. The only one that might be hard may be FOP, but you should be fine. My only tip, is if your thighs might rub, totally buy some of those chafing sticks. They look like tiny deodorant sticks.
