This is my third cruise, but first time I've booked a long way out, so I'm unused to not having all of the port adventures, booking options, etc available immediately.

In the past, I've always gotten an email from the Shoreside Concierge within a day of booking. I haven't had one this time (it's been over a week) and there are some things I would like their help with. Will they not email until closer to the PIF, and Port Adventure booking date?
