Thanks for sharing that info. We hit our 130 day mark on June 3rd and I have our letter ready to go, but I guess it will take longer to get a reply.

The # of Concierge guests almost like doubled with the Wish in booking zone so I could see it being lesser service (no it shouldn’t be.,) if the same team is handling it

With the $$$ we're paying they should have an additional team on duty. No excuse for something like this.

I sent my 130 day email on 26 Apr and it was a 1 week response. Based on shore services' response, I sent a follow up email and they responded to that next day. Just remember, when you send your 130 day email, they are taking care of thousands of concierge guests who sail before you do.

Yes, I just got off the Dream yesterday and got a reply today from an email I sent two weeks ago saying, sorry we didn’t reply
luckily I booked through Dreams and Elaine took care of it before we departed. Best decision ever booking through Elaine with Dreams.

It's been over a month since my last emails. No reply yet. I've drafted a follow-up and eliminated some of the questions Disney itself has answered or I've found answers to. There was definitely a shift in how quickly they answered after 1) the website upgrade disaster and 2) the influx of Wish concierge guests needing to book.

Got an email today apologizing for not replying to my email sent a month ago. I'm on the 5th day of the cruise in question.
