Shore Excursion early booking

I read somewhere that you could book your shore exc before getting on the ship. If so, when would we receive info ? Does that come w/ your docs or before ?

you are supposed to get this before the sixty day mark. The first time we cruised, we went through AAA, and we never got this stuff. The second time, i specifically asked the TA to make sure that we had it, and I was able to book in advance. A side note -- I think you have to have your cruise paid for in full before they let you reserve excursions...

We recieved an envelope with excursion info at about the 65 day mark. You can call or go on line to book at 60 days out. All the info is available on their website to get an idea of what you may want to book and the cost.

I went on the web site and reserved it within the 60-day mark even though my check had not arrived to them yet.

It was no problem, they sent me an email confirmation and a fax confirmation.
