WE have just got back -didnt find the shopping at all good. I did buy a "posh" dress in a shop at Florida Mall, but apart from that we bought no clothes, no trainers or souvenier stuff at all.
I didnt find them any cheaper or better than what you can buy here - i didn't find anything i "HAD TO" have.
There were very few sales on - even at the outlets - and I found that I could buy stuff at our local Reebock/Nike outlet place for similar prices. (esp now the rate isn't so good.)
I have some lovely bits i have in my "pooh corner" that I wanted to add to - but I found the quality of the disney things very poor -especially for the price.
We decided not to buy anything just for the sake of it, and spent our money on good meals out instead.
Sorry to be such a downer - but IMHO buy things here if you like them, and dont waste your time out there hunting for things you may be unlikely to find.
But enjoy yr hols....

We are here at the moment and have found exactly the same
Have seen every shop in the Premium Outlets, Prime Outlets and the Florida Mall and struggled to buy anything. The Estee Lauder outlet was useful, and I bought a couple of things there. I found a couple of pairs of shoes I liked, but bought them because I liked them not because they were a particular good price. Clothes were on the whole dearer. Fine for younger people who like names, skate clothes, Levis etc. Why would I want shorts or tops with big letters across the chest or bottom

We wear trainers for the gym, but have recently bought some Nike and Reebock at JJBs for silly money in sale. We like gym clothes but tbh, the stuff M&S sells is fine for us at under £10 per item. Jeans? Next fit us better and are cheaper than even Levis in a sale here. I looked at the expensive dresses ertc but poorly made and overpriced when compared to my favourite Coast clothes in UK. Looked at razors, contact lens soln etc in
Walmart.....same price as Sainsburys, Tesco etc. Why would I want to struggle to bring home jars of barbeque sauce, sweets etc that is no different or cheaper to stuff in even our most expensive supermarkets??? DH broke his pocket reading glasses and needed repacements, we paid more than I could have got them for in UK. I also felt that it was a tourist ripoff. We got talking to a nice couple of folks in the Bose shop about electronics and stuff in general, and they admitted that prices for stuff on the high street or outlet malls is priced for tourists, and usually old models or out of date styles.
We also decided to save our money and not buy things for the sake of it. Enjoying a fantastic holiday, but no, the shopping is no good for us. It may have been once upon a time, but with the dollar rate, and the fact that UK sales these days are almost constant, and the fact that internet shopping gives better deals and competative pricing...then poor value.
Sorry guys! I'm sure that people will disagree and shoot me....but its only our experiences! And I'm sure others will have different views!
