I know its been asked before but we are flying Dec 1st and are very keen to buy, buy and buy. We are not into designer wear so were wondering where the best places to buy clothes are. Any ideas? There are 3 of us, John 6, Donna my wife, a little older and me, Martin the oldest. :thumbsup2

Premium Outlet, Florida Mall and Beltz (but it is called something else now) ;)

Overall the Florida Mall has the best selection of stores to suit everyone's needs.

The Mall At Millenia is the newest and nicest but many of the stores here are suitable for window shopping only, however still well worth a visit especially for the Tommy Bahama, Oakley and Quiksilver fans (great food court too).

Premium Outlets is for the bargain hunters but can be a bit hit and miss as many of the items are end of line or out of season - sportswear possibly the best here.

Festival Bay has some good shops too but unfortunatley still has many plots untaken, worth a visit for the Ron Jon Surf Store alone though.

I agree with Johnny. Florida Mall has just about everything you could want. Mall at Millennia is wonderful but I have yet to buy anything from there other than food from the food court. That's worth a visit just for the free samples the counter staff are so keen to give you. You feel stuffed before you've even decided what you want :rotfl:

If you are not a label junkie then the Florida Mall gives you the best choice of clothes shops - including large depertment stores :)

The Old Navy store is also very good value :)

Now shopping is my fave pass time, lol my wdw are famous for it lol

the florida mall is great, love the yankee candle store, sears, department 56, old navy etc

the mall at millenia had bloomingdales, which is a great store, hallmark, yankee candle, etc

pointe orlando was very dissapointing this year as it looks like it is being renovated so alot of things were shut.

belz was also not worth it this year as the main mall has been pulled down, it should be great in 2007 though when its finished being re built as prime.

wal mart of course for everything, and k marts good for the odd thing too.

and if your a costco member theres a big one in florida that uk members can have access to

Does anybody know how far the Mall at Millenia is from CostCo as we're shopping by taxi.

Thanks

Now that I know there is a Yankee Candle shop - guess I will go shopping there :rotfl2:

The Mall at Millenia is just a couple of exits north of Universal Studios on I-4.You get off on Conroy rd. and it's on your right. It's a really nice mall and definitely worth a visit!!!

Could anyone tell me the location on International Drive of Festival Bay Mall.
Not been there before I guess it must be pretty new.

It's at the top end of I-Drive past Wet 'n' Wild. The map from the Festival Bay Mall website shows you in more detail:
