Shopping Pass?

Hello- in Orlando next week on business. Was wondering if a so called "Shoppers Pass" was still available to go into the Parks and buy a souvenir?

The way I understand it is I pay a 1 day admission price, go in, purchase my item and as long as I return in less than an hour (I have also read I need to provide a receipt- but what if my item is sold out/not available?) I can get a full refund. Is this true?

I've never heard of that. And there's no Starbucks Epcot mugs anyways yet.

They were pulled and aren't back yet.

I have been reading from multiple sources the mugs are BACK! Fixed and for sale in Epcot.
