Shopping in New York

I am going to spend my birthday in New York this year, my mother mentioned this to my sister and apparently a shopping list is being made by my nieces and nephew so where is the best place for ugg boots, these Iheart New York hoodies and other teenage related items (according to one niece the middle sized bloomingdale bag is the coolest!!!) You never know I might even have time to do a little shopping for me!

any I heart NY items can basically be found at any souvenir store or street corner stand you can find. You'll obviously see more of these in more tourist-y areas, like times square but they definitely won't be hard to find.

as far as uggs go, if youre going to bloomys anyway, i'd pick them up there. There are Ugg outlet stores upstate (they offer buses to this huge outlet mall, its about an hr from NYC) and on the east end of Long Island (about an hr and 1/2 drive from NYC). You could try macys too, in herald sq, that place is huge and is such a landmark, totally worth the visit.
