Shopping in Epcot's World Showcase

My family is visiting Disney in 2015 and Epcot is by far my favorite. This time I would like to try to purchase a souvonier from each country.
Any suggestions?

my wife and I purchased pins for each country. I then had a map of EPCOT blown up and framed over cork backing, then we place the pins in the designated countries. Since then we have done this with the other parks too. It is kinda cool to have a cup of coffee (or when we are both together, a glass of wine, some disney tunes, and OHana wings!!!!) and wonder over to these prints and "relive" our trips.
