shopping for a clip-clip-clippie!!!

In addition to LOTS of new clothes (all at least 4 sizes smaller than 6 months ago!), I got a new clippie for the Holidays! I'm amazed that through parties, treats, surgery w/428 bags of IV fluids, and all the other holiday stuff, I actually LOST 2 pounds!

This has completely been a life change. I am no longer controlled by food. I no longer think about what food is in the house that I could sneak or snack on! I eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full. I feel good and have more energy than I've had in (literally) 10 years! I am getting fit and am very active. I now RUN up the stairs to kiss my girls goodnight, rather than dreading every step. Amazing....thanks be to God for the strength and courage. Thanks to my hubby for his encouragement.

This really is a Happy New Year. May God grant each of us good health and plenty of love and peace as we work to live our best life this year!

That new clippie is looking FABULOUS!! 40 pounds is quite an accomplishment and I'm glad you're feeling better with more energy!! Your positive attitude is an inspiration!!

Congrats on the new clippie. It looks fabulous. I love hearing stories like yours. Isn't it such a great thing that we are all able to loose this weight that was stopping us from being able to enjoy our families the way we were meant to. How awesome that you can now run upstairs to give your girls hugs and kisses rather than dreading the walk. Great job!!
