Shopping at Your WDW Store

Hope it is okay to ask this question in here, has anyone ever ordered from this site and if yes were you happy /not happy with it? Thanks for any opinions. I can't find anything I'm looking for on ShopDisney or ShopParks sites.

I bought the limited edition Figment and Dreamfinder Christmas t-shirts from there a year after they were released on the Disney Store website to give as early gifts to my sister and friend.
I wasn't thrilled by the price mark up.
I was very disappointed by the price I had to pay for shipping though.
They price gauge the heck out of you.
I did receive my items quickly and they were what I wanted so can't complain there.
Its just the prices are outrageous.

I don't recommend using Your WDW Store. I had a very poor experience with them recently. They have terrible customer service. Do an internet search on Your WDW Store reviews and you will see this is not an isolated incident.

I've had good luck with them in the past. I ordered something on Dec 6th and haven't gotten the item or heard back. I'm going to be sending them an email tonight.

If I don't hear back by Dec 27th, I'll be filing a dispute with paypal. In the future I'll just stick with ebay.
