Shopping at Milesource ??

Almost 2 months ago I bought an entertainment book through the Milesource site. To date, I haven't received awardmiles for this purchase. Was I supposed to email milesource with my confirmation email??? I don't think I did that. It was my first time shopping through a reward program and I didn't see any info on whether I should have forwarded my confirmation email or not. Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I am interested in knowing this, too. I also made a purchase thru Milesource & haven't had the points deposited to my acct. yet. I e-mailed them prior to last week, but still haven't heard anything yet.

I also did some Christmas shopping thru Milesource in early December and have not received credit for it yet. I have heard that Milesource is known for being slow with crediting accounts. I also did some shopping thru MyPoints right around the same time and have already had the points credited to my account. I think I will stick to shopping thru MyPoints from now on.
