Shopping at Disneyland/Calif.Adventure

We typically go to Disney World but I will be taking a business trip and staying at the Anaheim Marriott. I don't have time to go to the park but do have time in the evening to shop. Is there shopping outside of California Adventure and Disneyland? At Disney World they have the marketplace but I didn't know if they had such a thing at Disneyland.

They opened up Downtown Disney when they built the California Adventure.
It has a Disney Store, a Lego store, lots of little shops, and restaurants.

Downtown Disney has a World of Disney store like in Florida. The DL one may be a bit smaller than the WDW one.

There are also gift shops in the Disney Hotels. The one at DLH is pretty good sized.
