I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this question so please bear with me.

I just came back from a trip to WDW and want to buy an item I saw at World of Disney but the concierge service is telling me is not in stock. I know it is available at World of Disney; is there some way to contact them directly, or something? I have the sku, I know exactly what it is blah blah blah but no one seems able (or willing) to help me. It's just some dumb doll and hardly the end of the world, but I know it would really make someone happy. I checked the Shop Parks app; it says out of stock/instore only. Any tips or suggestions would be so appreciated! Thank you!

I know there are some Personal Shoppers that specialize in Disney. We haven't used them but I have seen some of the videos on YouTube. You could google it and see if you could find someone that way. There's be a surcharge I'm sure and you'd have to read reviews etc before I'd give someone by credit card, but if it's something you really want, then I would check.

Another idea - did you try your local Disney Store. Some of the are now carrying merchandise from the parks. You might get lucky.

I do shop regularly at my local Disney store, and an outlet we have nearby. No luck so far but I love to visit just because, so you never know. Thanks for the tip about the personal shopper service.
