There usually is a return fee. If you have a Disney Store open near you, you may be able to return the merchandise there to save on the return fee. Make sure to take the receipt/invoice with you. If the return is ShopDisney's fault (e.g. defective merchandise, wrong item sent), they should cover the return fee.
Its the cost of shipping. Thats the only fee there is unless they sent you the wrong item or it is broken, defective. Then Disney will send a return shipping label.
I would return to the store if possible. Not only do you pay to return but refunds take FOREVER. I'm still waiting on credits for returns they received back to the warehouse on SEPTEMBER 21!!! Make sure you keep your tracking information if you mail it back as you will need this when you call to see where your refund is
I believe the items that are "park merchandise" can not be returned to the store. I have quit ordering from shopDisney unless I am 110% sure. They are not easy on returns.
