Hi don’t know if this is the right place for this but a weird thing has been happening.
I order often and over the past year or so three times I had to return something from my order. I did the return online and received the email with the return approval and UPS label. I packaged and sent the item back, brand new it was usually for something that didn’t fit. The first time some time went by and I never received my refund. I emailed inquiring and they said the item was received and it can take up to 2-3 weeks for my refund. Ok I waited and then when I didn’t get the refund I reached out again and they asked me for the tracking number for my package? Now keep in mind I received an email from them saying the item was received back. So I didn’t think much of it and gave them the tracking number and then received my refund.
The second time it happened again and I received the email saying the merchandise was received by them and after some time they requested the same thing the tracking number. Again I provided it and then eventually received my refund.
Now a third time I returned something and it happening again?
Each previous time I inquired they said there was a “glitch” in the system.
Has this happened to anyone else? I find it weird that they send an email saying they have the merchandise but then need the tracking number.
