Shop Parks App

I am very interested in placing a "Shop Parks" app order with the 25% off $200 promotion and free shipping.

One item I am interested in is a hoodie (25% off 59.95 is definitely work it in my opinion). My question is if the hoodie does not fit, can I easily return/exchange from this app over the phone? Returns from the Disney Store website are no problem to my local mall, but I know this is different merchandise and cannot go to a Disney Store. I am not local, and would not be able to return to the parks until May if over the phone is not an option. Would the parks even take a return/exchange more than 30 days out?

I don't have an answer for you, but I am interested in this discount But how are you getting 25% off the hoodie if it is 25% off $200? Did you mean $20?

I think the point is they have the $200, but the hoodie is the only thing that might be an issue (because of sizing).

There is a return form included on the invoice or you can call to make the return of there isn't a return form. I made a return from a purchase on the shop app. I called and no problem. I even reordered over the phone too. The only thing you can't return is jewelry over a certain price.

Yes, the $59.99 pushes me over $200 for the 25% off.

It has all the great park merchandise and even shows you which store has it in stock! I have so many items in my "saved for later." I keep telling myself I do not need it all!

I would buy both sizes and return one (or keep both...if you buy 3 the 4th is free! ) - in my opinion its always easier to just return vs exchange for any online purchases (not limited to Disney).

however that might change if you need to pay return shipping...

Isn't "all" overreaching? Or am I underestimating?

Returns, through the mail, are easy. They provide a receipt and you just return it like you would any online merchandise.
