Shop closing times?

Does anyone have a rough idea when most of the local shopping around Disney (malls, shopping centres etc) close? We were thinking of nipping into a couple after some of the 'lighter' days at parks.

Florida Mall Closes at 9pm Mon-Sat an 6pm on a Sunday

The Lake Buena Vista outlets close at 9.30 Mon-Sat and 7pm on a Sunday.

That's the 2 I know off hand.

publix in the area (US192 on AKL side, and Idrive side) both close at 11pm
