I have just booked our car hire for April 29th to16th May (17 days)all inclusive gold tank of fuel extra drivers for a 7 seat minivan.
It just proves shopping around pays off.Holiday auto's £708 Alamo £712 Dollar £686 Suncars £612 Skycars £622 Avis £692 Thrifty £642 Budget £675 Airline network £570.While at the holiday and travel show on fri (G-MEX Manchester) we tried Florida car hire who were very surprised at airline network quote as they were asking for £686 but he phoned his boss who reduced the price to £568(just goes to show how much profit there is,however I told a little white lie to airline network when we returned home and told them we had a quote of £550 and surprise,surprise they matched it,so we booked with them.

Do you have any details you could post on Airline network they sound like someone to contact.

We always use Choiceair.co.uk and they charge £211/week for a 7 str minivan and if you want extra drivers & tank of petrol it's an extra £15.00/week. So with your extra days added on it would've come to £548.00 so you still got it for a good price. Thank god you didn't book based on the first quote you saw.

Have just checked with choice air and they quoted £585
but I will keep them in mind for my next trip
