Weather forecast can change a lot in a few days. I try to only look at the next day if I really want it more accurate. Even then sometimes they're way off.

Unless there is some sort of major storm down that way, I don't worry so much. Day before Castaway we ran into a ship's officer that said it wasn't looking good and it turned out to be a beautiful day. We just roll with it-it all works out. And you can't control the weather anyway.

I have an iphone and my weather app for Monday is showing less than 40% chance of light showers from 3-5pm. (0.05") That stinks too as that is sailaway time but it just goes to show, it's no longer all day rain and thunderstorms.
It's still 3 days away.

We were in CC when Hurricane Melissa was so close. The fringe tips were right at the Bahamas the day before we were due to dock. I thought even if we're able to dock, it will be a rainy day.
Well we had a gorgeous, sunny day so you just never know.

Crossing my fingers.. and toes .. and arms lol no really truth be told I need to be grateful it has been a long couple of months with several health scares for my husband. He is doing well now and was recently cleared so rain or shine I am grateful!! Thx you all!

I'm on that sailing too! We've always had good weather, so cruising in the rain will be something new for us. Just going to bring our ponchos and enjoy our time, no matter what Mother Nature throws at us.

What I see is the chance of rain is elevated, but when you look at the predicted duration and quantity, those are both low. So there is a good chance of a brief, light rain sometime on Monday. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Have a great cruise!

I'm so glad your hubby's health is well now and remember, a rainy day on a Disney ship is still better than a sunny day at home.

Just an update…… it was great!!! Loved it loved the weather .. at times a little cloudy but it cooled things off. Sail away was inside .. but heck I was on my balcony cheering my trip!! Nassau was hot but manageable and Castaway was “dream” like lol. Booked a place holder .. rain or shine it’s a great time!!
