Shoes for Luau Beach Cerenomy

I was wondering what shoes( if any) someone would suggest for our cerenomy on Luau Beach. It will just be the two of us and were not having a reception afterwards, so they dont have to be fancy. Is this the kind of sand that is really soft, and thick, or more compressed.

I do have a formal Memaid shaped dress.

I am also concerned about this, as not only are we planning to dress up but I am also only 4'11" and don't need to be sinking in the sand!

Maybe some kind of ballerina flats? There's so many different colors/styles available! I think it's really cute! You could even buy some and decorate them yourself!!

What about barefoot sandals? You're barefoot, but they dress you up a bit. There's TONS of them on Etsy.

The sand is soft and thick... What about flip flops or Crocs? Not the most glamorous, I know, but you can hose 'em off afterward!

I guess I didn't give this much thought. We're getting married at Luau Beach in August.

My dress is a cocktail/tea length. I have heels I was planning on wearing for our wedding. I could go barefoot for the ceremony but I really want the shoes on for pictures. I guess I'll have too look into this too! Just one more thing to add tot he list!

Instead of just going bare foot you could buy some jewellery. Did a quick google search and this website popped up.

I own a couple pairs of their shoes and they are very cute but I didn't find them terribly comfortable for much walking, although most of the reviewers said how comfy they are. I tend to have problems with shoes rubbing and such so maybe it was me!
