I like to wear a sundress when touring the parks, but always hate looking back at my vacation photos and seeing my cute dresses paired with horrid looking shoes and ankle socks! I know comfortable shoes are extremely important when touring, but does anyone know of any CUTE, casual comfortable shoes that would go well with dresses?

Look at crocs.com. They have shoes that ate really cute and comfy like crocs. I took 2 pairs to rotate between last summer and it worked like a charm. Most people can't even tell they are comfy crocs they just look like sandals

I bought myself Teva Tirras about a month ago and LOVE them. I'll be wearing them in the parks next week. Mine are taupe and although they're not dressy, they'd be fine with a sundress.

I personally Find wedges very comfortable and still look good but then again I am used to four inch heels... :upsidedow

I second the crocs. I had some that looked like sandals that I wore every where. I've even seen crocs that look like wedges.

I too wore crocs, they are even heeled sandals. I had no problem in them all day. They are really cute not the UGLY things you think of when you hear " CROCS".

I wear sundresses nearly every day of the summer (including at WDW/DL) and I wear Reef ginger flip flops - very comfy, dry quickly and relatively inexpensive. Good luck with your search!

merrell brand shoes have really cute styles but are extremely comfy. Last time I wore them to disney and I didn't get a single blister and they are really nicely styled. Also look for Born shoes which are VERY comfy and are really cute. Both of these brands can range in the 50- 80 dollar range, I do suggest looking at Nordstrom Rack for some great deals. I never bought a shoe at nordstrom rack that wasn't comfy or cute. :cutie:

Thanks everyone! I'll look into those! Right now my feet are praying to the religion of Shape Ups, so its hard to find shoes that compare with the comfort! I would just do them with no shoe socks but no shoes always slip under my feet :(

I just looked at them and wow they look amazing but the price is high :/ I don't think we have Nordstrom Rack anywhere near me.

I live very close to the beach and sundresses and flip-flops are my normal attire. ;) I will second the PP about the Reef flip-flops - DH swears by them. I have a really narrow foot though and they don't fit me as well as the Sanuks. I LOVE my Sanuks...have multiple colors/styles.

For my trip this year, I found a cute pair of Birkenstocks that I'm breaking in now so they should be perfect for the hot September weather. They also look really cute with a dress!

So, anyways, these are my new favorite shoes for the following reasons:
1. They're Birkenstocks, so they've already started molding to my feet and I know that they'll last for several years
2. They slide on, but the strap is far enough back that they don't "flip-flop" - they stay on like they had an ankle strap
3. Unlike most Birkenstocks, they're cute and not "hippie"! (No offense meant to people who love the traditional Birk style - I'm a preppy 23-year-old and it's just not my look :goodvibes)

Can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I found a really cute pair of crocs on their site! The Juniper style, anyone have any review of this??

Those don't really go with what I'm packing but omg they are CUTE!!

While normally I wear flip flops daily(even in winter), I regretted wearing them during one trip to WDW. It was very rainy, and my tennis shoes were soggy, so I wore my flops. Anyways, by the 2nd day, (sorry for TMI) I had very painful blisters between my toes and couldn't wear them again for the rest of the trip. I don't know what could be done to prevent them(maybe a bandaid?), but I just wanted to share about the part that goes between your toes.

I bought some Crocs for everyone in my family to wear to WDW because we'll be going when it's rainy again, and I don't want to deal with a gazillion pair of socks for my kids. Crocs makes some cute sandals too!

Good advice! Thanks!

I love my crocs, you just have to be careful about wearing them in the rain. My foot would always slide in the sandal.

Those Birks are cute! :lovestruc

I just got a pair of croc capris in this color combo.

I also have a pair of black croc florence.

For blisters I have used Band-Aid's Healing Blister bandages. They are waterproof and help cushion and heel blisters. They have ones that go around toes as well as larger ones for heels and such. They were a life saver last year.
