As if it is not bad enough that a 14 year old is charged with shooting two people to death on two different dates , now we have a nine year old boy beating an eight year old boy nearly to death ! 
. Apparently two police officers came upon the beating at a playground and had to use some high tech equipment to revive the eight year old. Doctors at Children's Hospital say that the eight year old could have died had it not been for the officers. Last I heard the child was in critical condition.
Its a scary world out there. Even on the playgrounds.
