howdy, I am afraid I don't understand this. I have read that this should be the first quest, okay I understrand that part :-D.
here is what I don't understand

this says I can get the Divers pin by completing this quest

task 15 says I need divers pin to complete this quest

????????? am I missing something? how can I complete a quest for a pin that I need to complete the quest

I don't remember for sure, but I think you need to have in inventory or buy a Lumiere lamp from the Small World Imports shop.

Yeah, that's the really dumb part of that quest. All you do is go to Small World Imports and buy a Lumiere.
